摘要
主要研究了由THF/CH3OH( 80 /2 0 )组成的低沸点溶剂中聚酰胺酸 (PAA)的合成及影响因素 ,并通过它来固化改性环氧树脂。结果表明 :只要控制一定的配比和固化工艺 ,固化体系中的溶剂易除去 ,拉伸剪切强度大 ,耐湿热老化和耐温性能尤其突出。
s The polyamic acid(PAA) synthesis was conducted in a low boiling point solvent consisting of tetrahydrofuran(THF) and methanol(CH 3OH)(80/20),the influence factors and using PAA to cure epoxy resin were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the adhesive strength of curing system was large at a special ratio and curing conditions. Solvents was easy to take out and wet heat and high temperature resistance were especially good.
