摘要
目的 :观察肾衰宁胶囊延缓慢性肾功能不全进展的疗效。方法 :选择本院肾内科 3年来各种不同期慢性肾功能衰竭患者 1 0 4例 ,随机分为对照和治疗两组 ,按血肌酐水平和内生肌酐清除率 ,各组又分为肾功能不全失代偿期 ,肾功能衰竭期和尿毒症期。给优质低蛋白、低磷饮食 ,口服开同 ,控制血压。在此基础上 ,治疗组服用“肾衰宁胶囊”,3～ 4片 ,1日 2次 ,口服。对照组服本院中药处方汤剂 3个月 ,进行临床症状及实验室指标检查。结果 :在肾功能不全失代偿期与肾功能衰竭期中 ,治疗组症状明显改善 ,肾功能好转 ,尤以肾功能不全失代偿期更明显 ,血红蛋白无明显下降 ,而对终末尿毒症期疗效不明显。结论 :“肾衰宁胶囊”能有效地改善早、中期慢性肾功能不全患者的临床症状 ,延缓慢性肾衰的进展 ,而对尿毒症期患者无明显疗效。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenshuaining capsule in treating patients of chronic renal failure. Methods:One hundred and four patients with chronic renal failure(CRF) of all kinds of stages in Huzhou central Hospital Nephrology Medicine were divided into treatment and control groups at random. Two groups were divided into renal insufficiency decompensation, stage, renal failure stage and uraemia respectively according to blood creatinine and creatinine clearance. The treatment groups were administrated with Shenshuaining capsule Tid and the control groups were administrated with herbs. At the same time, both groups were managed with good low protein and phosphate diet, oral essential amino acids and good blood pressure controlled for three months. Clinical symptoms and laboratory figure were examined. Results: In renal insufficient decompensation stage and renal insufficient stage. Clinical symptoms and renal function on the treatment groups obviously improved, especially in renal insufficient stage, haemoglobin didn't reduce obviously. But no obvious effect in treating patients of uraemia. Contrary to the control groups. Conclusion:Shenshuaining capsule could effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with early and middle stage CRF, delay the progression of the renal failure. However, there didn't have more special effect in patients with uraemia.
