摘要
目的 探讨肾绞痛的止痛方法。方法 本组 3 5例肾绞痛患者 ,随机分为热疗综合治疗组 18例、单纯药物止痛组 17例。将治疗效果予以量化 ,比较两组止痛效果。结果 两组止痛效果具有明显差异 ,热疗综合治疗明显优于单纯药物治疗 (P <0 0 1)。
Objective To study the analgesia of renal colic.Methods The 35 cases renal colic were divided,18 cases into heat therapy complex analgesia group and 17 cases into sinhly medicine analgesia group.The analgesic effect were quantitively compared.Results The effect is obviously different between two group ( P <0.01).Conclusion The heat therapy complex analgesia have obviously advantage than singly medicine analgesia in analgesic effect of renal colic.
