摘要
目的 评价玻璃体切除手术搞出眼球壁异物的效果和并发症。方法 51例(51眼)眼球壁异物进行玻璃体切除术异物机化包裹切开摘出异物,联合眼内光凝、C_3F_8或硅油填充、人工晶状体植入治疗。结果 本组48例一次摘出异物(一次摘出成功率94.12％);因异物牢固嵌顿于巩膜,术中改为后径摘出成功2例。因术中出血而再次手术摘出1例(总的摘出成功率100％)。视力增加者44例(86.27％),手术并发症为玻璃体积血4例(7.84％),视网膜脱离3例(5.88％),异物未摘出3例(5.88％)。结论 玻璃体手术治疗可有效搞出眼球壁异物,提高术后视力,并可同时处理其并发症。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and complication of vitrectomy for intraocular foreign body in the wall of the eye ball. Methods 51 cases(51 eyes) with intraocular foreign body in the wall of the eye ball underwent vitrectomy. Foreign body was graped by an intraocular forceps and then removed,combined with intraocular photocoagulation,intravitre-al C3F8 or silicone oil injection, IOL implantion. Results Foreign bodies were extracted successfully during the operation in 48 cases (94.12% ), visual acuity improved in 44 cases (86. 27 % ), the complications were vitreous hemorrhage in 4 cases (7.84 % ), retinal detachment in 3 cases (5.88% ) .failure of foreign body removal in 3 cases (5.88% ). Conclusion Vitrectomy is favorable for the extraction of intraocular foreign body in the wall of the eye ball, the increase of postoperative vision and the management of complications.
