摘要
[目的]观察羊栖菜多糖对人胃癌细胞内Ca2 + 含量的变化 ,揭示其诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的机制。[方法]采用Fluo -3/AM探针标记 ,激光共聚焦技术观测细胞内[Ca2 +]i。[结果]SFPS可使SGC -7901细胞内[Ca2 +]i先升高然后下降 ,给CaCl2 后 ,[Ca2 +]i又升高。[结论]SFPS诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡是通过升高SGC -7901细胞内[Ca2 +]i而达到的 ,[Ca2 +]i升高时Ca2
ObjectiveTo study the change of Ca2+ in SGC-7901, for exploring the mechanism of apoptosis induced by SPFS.Intracellulari was measured with laser confocal microscopy using Fluo-a/Amoribe labeling technique.SFPS, increased i first and then declined. After giving CaCl2, i rise again. [Conclusion]SFPS can induce apoptosis of cancer cells through enhancing i in SGC-7091. This kind of rises of Ca2+ is from the release of cellular storage.
