不同耐贮性梨果实的比较解剖 被引量:17

摘要 不同耐贮性梨果实的结构有一定差别,其主要表现在果实表皮和果肉细胞结构及细胞内物质成分的不同。耐贮藏的黄县长把梨和较耐贮藏的窝梨、鸭梨果实表面的角质层较厚,且后期深入表皮细胞间隙,表皮下4~5层细胞含有大量易被染色的单宁类物质,而不耐贮藏的品种巴梨、伏梨角质层较薄,表皮下几层细胞的壁也较薄,且不含单宁类物质。黄县长把梨、窝梨等果肉中石细胞多,石细胞团也大,而巴梨、伏梨果肉中含石细胞少,石细胞团也小,所以,前者品质较差,而后者品质较好。 The anatomical structure of different pear-fruits have certain difference. The differences mainly display in the structure of epidermis and flesh cells and in the composition of substance in cells. Those differences have relations with storage life of pear-fruits, and mean-while have influence on the edible quality of pear-fruits. The cuticle of durable storage variety Huangxian Chang Ba Li, Wo Li and Ya Li is thick, and it stretches into the space between epidermal cells at late stage. Those cells(4~5 layers)under epidermis contain a great quantity of tannin, and it could be dyed easily. The cuticle of nondurable storage variety Ba Li and Fu Li is thin, the cell-wall of some cells under epidermis is also thin, and those cells don't have tannin. There are many and large groups of stone cells in flesh of Huangxian Chang Ba Li, Wo Li, and Ya Li, while there are a few and small in Ba Li and Fu Li, So the edible quality of the latter is better than the former.
