橄榄不同品种果实形态结构的比较观察及其与耐贮运的关系 被引量:23

摘要 观察和比较福建省10个主栽橄榄品种果实形态及外果皮、中果皮的结构.结果表明,橄榄不同品种在果实形态、角质层、外果皮表皮细胞、中果皮外侧机械组织层细胞、果肉两型细胞(薄壁细胞和厚壁细胞)、细胞壁加厚特征、榄脂道腔大小及分布等方面存在差异,各具品种特征.橄榄果实角质层厚,表皮细胞外壁厚,排列紧密,果肉外层机械组织层细胞型小而且细胞壁厚,层次多,果肉两型细胞差异不大,且小型厚壁细胞量多,细胞壁厚,榄脂道腔大。 The morphology of fruits and the structures of exocarp and mesocarp of the Chinese olive [Canarium album (Lour.) Raeusch] varieties, which are the chief cultivars in Fujian Province, were observed and compared. The results showed that there were apparent differences of fruit morphology, cuticle, exocarp epidermis cell, mechanical tissue layer cell of mesocarp surface, two typal cells of pulp (i.e.parenchyma cell and sclerenchyma cell), cell wall thickening, cavity size and distribution of Chinese olive resin canal among the varieties. It is pointed out that the durable storage and transportation characteristics of Chinese olive fruits are thick cuticle, thick exine and close arrangement of epidermis cell, small size of cell, thick cell wall and more cell layers of mechanical tissue layer cell of mesocarp surface, little difference of two typal cells of pulp, in addition, more cell amount and thick cell wall of small type sclerenchyma cell, big cavity of Chinese olive resin canal, and dense canal distribution near peel.
