摘要
用人工饲料在不同温度下饲养的粘虫Mythimna separata(Walkcr),组建了种群生命表。未成熟期的存活率在24℃下最高(90%),28℃次之,32℃下最低(27.1%)o在20—28℃,成虫的繁殖力都比较强,24℃时产卵最多,32℃时产卵量急剧下降。根据试验结果估测,粘虫卵孵化、幼虫存活和成虫繁殖的最适温度分别为25.6℃、23.2℃和22.5℃。种群增长指数可用下述方程表示:y=-2530.2850+282.1893X-6.2407X^2在最适温度(22.6℃),繁殖一代,种群数量约增加660倍。粘虫的发育起点温度以卵期最低(8.4℃),蛹期最高(10.1℃),完成世代发育需要7.8℃以上的有效积温约925日度。
Population life tables of the armyworm, Mythimna separata (Walker), reared with an artificial diet at temperatures ranging from 16° to 32℃ .were constructed. The highest rate of survival in the immature stage was found to be 90% which occurred at 24℃; the second highest occurred at 28℃, and the lowest, i.e. 27.1%, occurred at 32℃. Greater fecundities of the female moths were recorded at temperatures lower than 28℃, with the peak at 24℃ and it sharply declined at 32℃. On the basis of experimental data, it is estimated that the optimal temperatures for egg-hatching, larval and pupal survival were 25.6℃, 23.2℃ and 22 5℃, respectively. Indices of population trend (Y) of this species within the range of temperatures (X) studied can be expressed as follows:Y =-2530.285 + 282.1893X - 6.2407X2It is calculated with this equation that the favourable temperature for the population growth is 22.6℃, at which the number of the armyworm will increase about 660 times after one generation cycle.It is estimated that lower thermal thresholds for development of eggs, larvae and pupae were 8.4℃, 8.9℃ and 10.1℃ respectively, and the whole generation requires 925 day-degrees to complete its development.
