摘要
本文通过对稻螟赤眼蜂Trichogramma japonicum交配行为观察,探讨了多雄交配和多次交配对子代性比的影响。观察结果表明,稻螟赤眼蜂具有与多雄蜂多次交配特性,产子代为两性;当雌蜂营孤雌生殖时,其子代皆为雄性。多雄多次交配行为并不对子代数量产生影响,但由于随着交配雄蜂和交配次数的逐渐增加,雄性后代不继增多,这实际上是降低了雌蜂有效繁殖力。根据本试验结果,我们对大量繁蜂时如何控制亦眼蜂子代性比问题,提出了一些建议。
Mating behaviour of Trichogramma japonicum Ashmead has been observed in
laboratory. The female wasp of T.japonicum could copulate many times with more male
wasps and then reproduce bisexual offsprings.But when the female was is ated
with male,she was able to make arrhenotokous parthenogenesis.Polyandry and poly-
mating of the female of T.japonicum seemed to be no obvious affect on the num-
ber of her progeny,however,as mating frequency and the number of mating male
wasps increased gradually,the percentage of female individuals in offspring rapi-
dly decreseaed,which,in fact,cut down the effective fecundity of trichogrammatid
population.The experimental results also showed that if polyandry and more mat-
ing frequncy of T.japonicum incresead continually,the consequence would tend to
the phenomenon of arrhenotokous parthenogenesis.
