中间寄主对甘蓝夜蛾赤眼蜂寄生行为的影响

摘要 麦蛾卵和米蛾卵作繁蜂寄主对甘蓝夜蛾赤眼蜂G和F两个品系的寄生行为是有影响的。尽管两种卵均可作为甘蓝夜蛾赤眼蜂繁蜂寄主 ,但用米蛾卵繁殖甘蓝夜蛾赤眼蜂比用麦蛾卵繁蜂更好。甘蓝夜蛾赤眼蜂G和F品系在米蛾卵上的总寄生卵量分别为 75 .90粒和 6 7.0 0粒 ,明显高于在麦蛾卵上的总寄生卵量。用麦蛾卵和米蛾卵作繁蜂寄主 ,将甘蓝夜蛾赤眼蜂G和F品系各 2 0头进行 5d的逐日寄生试验 ,结果表明 :每日平均的寄生卵量、子代羽化率、子代发育历期以及子代性比均随寄生日期的推延而降低。 Parasitic behavior of two strains of Trichogramma brassicae, G and F, was found to be influenced by their factitious hosts, when reared on eggs of Corcyra cephaonica and Sitotroga cerealella. The research revealed that eggs of C. cephalonica were superior to eggs of S. cerealella[WTBZ for mass rearing, although eggs of the two species were both applicabe to be as factitious hosts of the two strains of[WTBX] T. brassicae. Progeny number of the two strains were 75.90 and 67.00, respectively, reared on eggs of C. cephaonica, significantly higher than those on eggs of S. cerealella. Reared on the eggs of S. cerealella and C. cephaonica, 20 individuals of the two strains of T. brassicae had been tested in daily oviposition for 5 days, and then the parasitism was observed. Results showed that for two strains of T. brassicae, daily number of eggs laid, daily emergence rate, daily development period, and daily sex ratio, all had the tendency to decrease as their oviposition delaying in day.
