赤眼蜂人工卵培养液冰冻干燥贮存试验 被引量:1

摘要 作者用冰冻干燥法(贮于零下16℃或室温25±3℃)的试验表明,用此种方法处理的培养基所育出的松毛虫赤眼蜂在生长发育上与新鲜培养基相比,差异不显著,有时经冷藏的冰冻干燥培养基所育的蜂甚至还优于其他方法备制者.三种培养基的17种氨基酸含量测定也说明,其各种氨基酸含量的差异也不显著.用冰冻干燥法配制培养基有利于大量体外培育赤眼蜂及其贮存和运输. In this paper,lyophilized diet stored under -16℃ or at room temperature (25±3℃)for a period was compared with the non-lyophilized diet(fresh one) There was no significant difference in parasitism and development of the Tricho- gramma dendrolimi reared in lyophilized diet,either cold-stored or stored at room temperature in comparison with that developed in fresh diet Sometimes cold-st- ored lyophilized diet was better than the others.17 kinds of amino-acids in all the tested diets were analyzed.No significant difference was found.It proved that lyophilized artificial diet is available and convenient for in vitro mass rearing Trichogramma as well as the storage and shipment of the diets.
