摘要
脂肪酸浮选菱锰矿的XPS和IR检测表明,石油磺酸钠的加入主要是磺酸基及少量中性油分子穿插于羧酸基之间吸附在菱锰矿表面。分析认为,石油磺酸钠对脂肪酸的乳化作用,对浮选矿浆充气状况的改善。磺酸基的良好选择性及中性油分子选择性促进作用是增效的主要原因。
XPS and IR measurements show that in rhodochrosite flotation using fatty acid, additions of petroleum-sodium sulphonate help alterntely adsorb sulphoacid groups and small amounts of neutral oil onto the surfaces of rhodochrosite, boosting rhodochrosite flotation. The synergistic effect is mainly attributed to the ability of petroleum-sodium sulfonate to emulsify fatty acid and improve pulp areation and good selectivity of sulphoacid groups and neutral oil.
