摘要
通过浮选试验研究了两种不同中矿处理方式对某红柱石矿浮选的影响。结果表明,中矿集中返回粗选能够得到高质量的红柱石精矿产品。以石油磺酸钠与十二烷基硫酸钠为混合捕收剂,在酸性矿浆环境中采用1次粗选,1次扫选,4次精选,2次强磁选的流程,闭路试验得到Al_2O_3品位为55.56%、Al_2O_3回收率为27.58%的红柱石精矿。采用中矿集中再磨再返回的工艺流程,提高了红柱石精矿的质量和回收率,获得Al_2O_3品位为56.29%、Al_2O_3回收率为28.35%的红柱石精矿。
Flotation test has been carried out to research the effect of middlings treatment on the flotation of andalusite. The results showed that the middlings returning together to the rougher obtain high quality andalusite products. Combined sodium petroleum sulfonate with sodium dodecyl sulfate sodium as collector in acid pulp, andalusite concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 55.56% and Al2O3 recovery of 27.58% was obtained by the closed circuit. While regrind the middlings and return it to desliming, andalusite concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 56.29% and andalusite recovery of 28.35% were obtained.
