总结了采用在一次精选作业加入添加剂石油磺酸钠药剂方案选别东鞍山红铁矿所进行的小型试验、工业试验和工业试生产,取得了精矿品位相近,回收率提高3个百分点的指标。通过对试验结果和出现的现象的探讨,对该方案处理东鞍山红铁矿进行了全面分析,认为它是目前东鞍山烧结厂—选车间简单、合理、可靠的改造方案。
The paper describes the pilot-plant tests, industrial tests and trial-production of separating Donganshan red iron ore using the scheme which is characterised by adding sodium petroleum sulphonate as additive agent into the first cleaning stage, and the flotation results have been obtained with iron recovery increased by three percent at a comparable iron concentrate grade. Through the discussion on the test results and the phenomena occured during the tests, and through the. all-sided analysis of the scheme feasibility for Donganshan red iron ore, it is concluded that it is a simple, rational and reliable scheme for the transformation of No. 1 concentration workshop of Donganshan Sintering Plant.
