摘要
本文对比研究了氯化油酸和油酸浮选赤铁矿的行为,考察了Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)离子对浮选的影响。结果表明,氯化油酸具有选择性高,浮选pH范围广,耐硬水能力强等优点。通过ζ-电位测定、傅立叶红外光谱鉴定,探讨了氯化油酸与赤铁矿表面的作用机理。
An effective collector-COA (Chlorinated Oleic Acid )has been developed, which is characterized by hard-water proofing and low temperature resistance. Its behaviour of flotation of hematite is studied. In addition, the authors discuss the influence of Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) ions on flotation separation of artificial hematite-quartz mixture(1:1)and the mechanism of action of COA on hematite surfaces.
