摘要
本文对贵州某富含方解石的萤石矿进行了浮选研究.该矿方解石含量高达18.45%,萤石的品位仅为28.05%.本文采用脱硫后以油酸为萤石的捕收剂,以 F_(910)(一种无机盐组合药剂)为方解石等脉石的有效抑制剂,采用一粗四精的工艺,获得含 CaF_2 98%以上的特级萤石精矿,CaF_2的回收率大于80%.
In this paper,flotation experiments for the calcite-rich fluorite ore from Guizhou province are introduced.The run-of-mine contains 28.05% CaF_2 and 18.45% CaCO_3.After the sulfides in the ore are removed,F_(910)is taken as gangue depressant and oleic acid as fluorite collector and the fluorite concentrate assaying over 98% CaF_2 can be obtained,with a recovery of CaF_2 over 82%
