摘要
本研究选用了油酸钠、M_(50) (石油磺酸钠)、烷基磺酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸钠、氯代烷基吡啶及烷基盐酸铵作为硅线石的捕收剂,通过一系列对纯矿物和天然矿石的浮选试验,从中找出了较适合于硅线石的浮选捕收剂。并通过红外光谱、ζ-电位等手段对油酸钠与硅线石表面的作用机理进行了研究,发现其作用形式由浮选介质的 pH 值决定。
In this research,the following reagents:sodium oleate,M_(50) (sodium petroleum sulphonate),sodium
alkyl sulphonate,sodium alkylbenzen sulphonate,sodium alkyl sulphate,alkyl pyridinium chloride and
alkylamine hydrochloride were used as sillimanite collector.The best collectors of sillimanite were pro-
posed by flotation tests of pure ore and natural ore.
Infrared spectroscopic and electrokinetic studies showed the mode of adsorption was controlled by
solution pH.
