摘要
讨论了逆向供应链管理及其与供应链管理的集成对企业生产经营模式的影响,以及供应链与逆向供应链集成管理策略性原则及运作模式。在基于供应链管理的企业集成的基础上,提出了基于供应链与逆向供应链管理的企业集成,并论述了其内涵,从更宽广的空间探讨了企业集成问题。
This paper discusses the Reverse Supply Chain Management (RSCM), and its influence on enterprises' producing and business mode when integrated with Supply Chain Management (SCM). The strategic principle and operational pattern of RSCM integrated with SCM are expounded. On the basis of the SCM-based enterprise, an enterprise integration based on RSCM and SCM is proposed, and its connotation is stated simultaneously, which is helpful to research the integration problem from a wider range.
