摘要
绿色制造的研究正在全球兴起。在总结国内外研究现状及绿色制造内涵的基础上，揭示了绿色制造的一系列集成特性，由此提出了一个新概念———绿色集成制造系统，然后论述了绿色集成制造系统的系统构成框架。
In this paper, the integration characteristics of green manufacturing are systematically revealed and analyzed, which include objective integration, information integration, process integration, function integration and so on. Based on the integration characteristics, a kind of mode for implementing green manufacturing, Green Integrated Manufacturing System (GIMS), is proposed. GIMS consists of eight subsystems: green design, management, clean production, materials and energy, quality control, environment evaluation, communication network and database.
