摘要
应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对厦门海区真鲷的肌肉、眼睛、心脏、胃、肝脏、肠、脾、肾、精巢、鳃等10种组织或器官进行了10种同工酶(LDH、MDH、IDH、GDH、ADH、EST、POX、ALP、ACP、α AMY)的电泳研究,并对各种酶的同工酶位点表达及酶谱表型进行了初步分析.结果表明:LDH、MDH、IDH、GDH、ADH、EST和POX存在不同程度的组织或器官特异性,ALP酶具有活性,但图谱表现不明显,α AMY、ACP未检测到酶活性.
Ten kinds of isozymes(LDH,MDH,IDH,GDH,ADH,EST,POX,ALP,ACP,αAMY)in the ten different tissues of red sea bream Pagrosomus major from Xiamen,were studies by means of polyacrylamid vertical slab electrophoresis.The samples covered muscle,eye,heart,stomach,liver,intestines,spleen,kidney,testes and gill.Simultaneously,isozymic loci and pattern of isozymes were analyzed.The results showed that there is evident tissue specificity in LDH,MDH,IDH,GDH,ADH,EST and POX.ALP isozyme is also detected but the pattern is obscure.αAMY,and ACP isozymes are not detected in all tissues.
