摘要
采用水平淀粉凝胶电泳技术,对采自中国黄海和东海两个自然群体带鱼(Trichiurus haumela)肌肉和肝脏两种组织的9种同工酶(AAT、ALP、G3PDH、IDHP、LAP、LDH、MDH、PGM、SOD)进行了电泳分析,共检测出13个基因座位,其中3个(AAT*、PGM*、SOD*)为多态位点。两个群体的多态位点比例(P0*.99)分别为0.1538和0.0769,平均等位基因的有效数为1.0211和1.0164,平均观测杂合度(Ho)为0.0192和0.0038,平均预期杂合度(He)分别为0.0173和0.0037,群体间遗传距离(D)为0.0015。
The genetic structure of two populations of Trichiurus hawnela in the Yellow Sea and East China Sea was investigated by using horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. Nine enzymes revealed thirteen putative loci, of which three were polymorphic, i.e. AAT^* , PGM^* and SOD^*. The proportions of polymorphic loci of the two populations were 0. 153 8 and 0.076 9. The average numbers of efficient allele (Ae) of the two populations were 1. 021 1 and 1. 016 4. The values of observed and expected heterozygosity were 0. 019 2, 0. 003 8; and 0. 017 3, 0.003 7, resloectivelv. Nei's genetic distance hetweon the two populations was 0. 001 5.
