摘要
为了解长江中下游湖泊似刺鳊[鱼句](Paracanthobrama guichenoti)群体的遗传变异,本研究分析了八里湖(BL)、军山湖(JL)和大官湖(DL)群体的线粒体细胞色素b(cytochrome b,cyt b)基因的单倍型分布及遗传特征。结果在90个样本的cyt b基因序列(1141 bp)中共检测到8个变异位点,定义了9种单倍型,其中Hap1、Hap6和Hap7为3个群体的共同单倍型,合计占比为64.4%;BL群体单倍型数量最多(7种),而JL群体的单倍型多样性(Hd=0.699±0.046)和核苷酸多样性(π=0.00086±0.00013)最高。AMOVA分析显示,群体间遗传变异占总变异的22.02%,八里湖群体(BL)与军山湖(JL)和大官湖(DL)群体间的遗传分化较大(Fst>0.15)。本研究结果可为似刺鳊[鱼句]种群的合理开发利用提供参考。
To investigate the genetic diversity of the Paracanthobrama guichenoti populations in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,this study examined the haplotype distribution and genetic features of the cytochrome b(cyt b)gene in populations from three lakes,Bali Lake(BL),Junshan Lake(JL),and Daguan Lake(DL).Analysis of the 1141 bp cyt b sequences from 90 individuals revealed eight variable sites,which defined a total of nine haplotypes.Among these,Hap1,Hap6,and Hap7 were common across all three populations,collectively accounting for 64.4%of the samples.The BL population contained the highest number of haplotypes(seven),while the JL population exhibited the greatest haplotype diversity(Hd=0.699±0.046)and nucleotide diversity(π=0.00086±0.00013).AMOVA results indicated that genetic variation among populations accounted for 22.02%of the total variation,with significant genetic differentiation observed between the BL population and both the JL and DL populations(Fst>0.15).These results provide a reference for the rational development and sustainable utilization of P.guichenoti populations.
