介绍了转基因食品的概念及其研究现状,并针对普遍比较关注的转基因食品的安全性评价和各国对其的监督管理政策以及转基因成分的检测方法做了比较详尽的论述。
In this article we introduce the concept and current situation of GMF,we describe the safety assessment of GMF,policies of GMF management in different countries and some methods of detecting recombinant DNA or its product.
