摘要
在介绍国际上对转基因产品进出口管制的基础上,结合中国的实际,运用博弈论及微观经济学的分析方法,分析中国政府对转基因产品贸易的政策的选择。分析认为,对转基因产品进行适当保护,加强风险评估,完善中国转基因产品立法,积极参与国际规则的制定等措施,对完善中国转基因产品进出口管理具有重要的意义。
On the basis of introducting the international trade control of genetically-modified products （GMOS）, the paper, in combination of China＇s actual situation and with the help of game theory and micro-economic theory, analyzes the Chinese trade policy options of GMOS. The analysis shows that appropriate protection, strengthening risk assessment, improving the GMOS legislation, active participation in the formulation of international rules and other measures to improve the management of China＇s import and export of GMOS are of great significance.
