摘要
建立了同时测定复方糖浆剂中盐酸异丙嗪和愈创木酚磺酸钾含量的 HPL C方法。以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ,乙腈 - 0 .0 2 m ol/ L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液 (2 5∶ 75 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 4 9nm。盐酸异丙嗪在浓度 10～10 0μg/ ml范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .0 % (RSD 0 .6 5 % ) ;愈创木酚磺酸钾在浓度 0 .2 5～ 2 .0 m g/ ml范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9992 ) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .3% (RSD 1.2 3% )。
A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of promethazine hydrochloride and potassium guaiacolsulfonate in syrup was presented. An Inertsil ODS 3 column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution (25∶75), at detection wavelength of 249 nm. Promethazine hydrochloride and potassium guaiacolsulfonate had good linearities over the concentration range of 10～100 μg/ml( r=0.9999 ) and 0.25～2.0 mg/ml( r=0.9992 ), respectively. The average recoveries were 100.0% ( RSD 0.65%) and 100.3% ( RSD 1.23%), respectively.
