摘要
应用黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶-Luminol反应系统,以化学发光法研究了茶叶中抗氧化成分——茶多酚的清除活性氧自由基■作用.结果显示,TP-1(常规工艺茶多酚)和TP-2(N1043730A专利工艺茶多酚)在0.013~0.375μg/ml均表现很强的清除自由基■作用,TP-1和TP-2对自由基。■50%抑制浓度(IC_(50))分别为0.011μg/ml和0.004μg/ml,清除自由基作用与剂量呈高度相关(r分别为0.987和0.963).对TP-1和TP-2的儿茶素组分进行了定量分析,并讨论了组分与清除自由基作用的关系.本文结果表明茶多酚(TP)具有很强的清除自由基■作用,可以作为一种较好的自由基清除剂加以研究和应用.
Applicating Xanthine/ Xanthine oxidase-Luminol system, the effect of scavenging free radical ■ of Tea
polyphenols (TP) was studied by chemiluminoscence method. Results show that TP-1 (Tea polyphenol pro-
duced by routine process) and TP-2 (Tea polyphenol produced by N1043730A patent process) at 0. 013~
0. 375 μg/ml display strongly action of scavenging ■; 50% inhibiting ■ concentration of TP-1 and TP-2
are 0. 011 μg/ml and 0. 004 μg/ml respectively. There is a close relation between the effect of scavenging
■ of TP and the dosage of TP (TP-1 r=0. 987,TP-2 r=0. 953). The component of TP was analysed quanti-
tatively, and the relation between the component of TP and their effect of scavenging ■ was discussed. The
results show that TP is a stronger free radical scavenging agent.
