茶多酚对细胞膜、DNA自由基损伤的保护作用 被引量:4

A Study of Protective Action of Tea Polyphenols on Damage of Cell Membrane and DNA Induced by Free Radical

摘要 采用溶血试验,小鼠肝、肾组织脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)测定,受照质粒构象改变等方法测定茶多酚对生物大分子物质氧自由基损伤的保护作用。结果显示茶多酚明显抑制H2O2致人红细胞(RBC)溶血作用(P<001),明显抑制VitC/Fe诱导的小鼠肝、肾匀浆组织过氧化作用(P<001),明显抑制受照质粒PUC18DNA单链断裂作用(P<001)。结果表明,茶多酚能保护离体细胞膜。 The protective actions of Tea Polyphenols(TP) on free radical damage were determined by using hemolysis test,assay of MDA level in mice tissue homogenates and the change of conformation of plasmid PUC 18 irradiated.The results showed that the TP could significantly reduce the hemolysis degree of erythrocyte suspensions induced by H 2O 2( P <0 01),TP could remarkably reduce the MDA level induced by Vit C/Fe 2+ in both mice liver and kidney homogenate ( P <0 01),and could raise the percentage of supercoil conformation of PUC 18 DNA irradiated by 120 Gy of 60 Co γ-rays,compared with the control group( P <0 01).The data suggest that the TP could prevent the damage of the cell membrane and DNA induced by oxygen free radical.
