摘要
利用磁控溅射法制备了防水透湿织物。主要研究了功率、靶距、工作压力和沉积时间四个工艺参数对织物应用性能的影响。结果表明这四种参数对 PET基防水透湿织物的拒水性能变化规律和改变程度各有不同 ,但对织物透气性 ,透湿性影响不大 。
Waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics were prepared by magnetron sputtering polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) target onto polyethylene terephthalate(PET) substrate. Effect of discharge parameters (power, pressure, time, distance) on applied properties of fluorocarbon coatings deposited on PET fabrics was studied. The water contact angle of the waterproof breathable fabric was found to decrease remarkably with power but to rise with pressure due to the changes in the coating composition. The deposition time mainly affects coating thickness other than composition. The moisture permeability of these coated fabrics is near that of the uncoated fabrics since only the fiber surface has been individually covered with the coated grains while the fabrics still remain original numerous pores. The TSD has been chosen to be 60mm, at which has good hydrophobicity and gas-moisture permeability of coatings. It proved to be feasible that preparing waterproof and moisture-permeable fabrics by means of magnetron sputtering.
