摘要
目的 探讨中医药对免疫性不孕的认识。方法 通过对临床报道的总结 ,阐明中医理论对免疫性不孕病因病机的认识及运用中医药对免疫性不孕抗精子抗体 (AsAb)阳性患者的分型论治。结果 该病发病与肾虚、肝郁、血瘀、湿热下注有关。治疗多从整体调理 ,辨证论治 ,能使患者AsAb转阴并妊娠。结论 中医药治疗本病近期远期疗效肯定 ,有独到之处。
Objective The recognition of immune infertility by Chinese medicine was discussed. Method The understanding of the pathogen and pathogenesis of immune infertility by Chinese medicine was explained through the summary of related clinical reports. The differentiation and treatment with Chinese medicine was applied to immune infertility patients whose antisperm antibody (AsAb) were positive. Result The occurrence of immune infertility was related with kidney efficiency, liver-qi stagnating, blood stasis and damp-heat flowing downward. The treatment can be focused on holistic regulation and syndrome differentiation. The therapy can turn the AsAb of patient from positive to negative and make her become pregnant. Conclusion The sort and long-term curative effects of immune infertility treated with Chinese medicine were approved. The therapy has its specific characteristics.
