摘要
目的:对中西医结合治疗男女抗精子抗体阳性不育不孕的临床疗效进行研究。方法:我院2009年3月～2011年3月治疗的抗精子抗体阳性患者90例为研究对象,将其随机分为3组,每组研究对象30例,A组采用西药治疗;B组采用中药治疗;C组采用中西药结合治疗。对三组研究对象的疗效进行比较,并进行统计学分析。结果:C组研究对象的临床有效率高于A组B组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在男女抗精子抗体阳性不育不孕的治疗中,中西医结合疗法较单纯的中医和西医治疗有显著的优势,具有显著的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the the clinical effect of the integrative medicine in treating sterility and infertility positive in antisperm antibody both male and female. Methods： 90 cases collected from March 2009 to March 2011 were randomly divided into three groups, 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with modem medicine, Group B was treated with Chinese medicine, while group C was treated in the integrative medicine. The curative effects of the three groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The effective rate of group C was higher than that of group A and group B, with a significant difference （P〈0：05）. Conclusion： In the treatment in sterility and infertility positive in antisperm antibody both male and female, the integrative meidicine had better effect than single application of Chinese medicine or modem medicine, with distinguished clinical effect.
