角朊细胞的培养在组织工程化人工皮肤的构件中是重要的研究内容之一。近年来 ,人们对角朊细胞的几种主要培养方法进行了不同程度的改进。本文综述了角朊细胞的几种主要培养方法 。
The cultivation of keratinocyte is one of the most important research content of tissue engineering artificial skin.In the recent years,keratinocyte'main culture methods have some progress.This paper emphatically introduces several capital culture methods of keratinocyte,and various kinds influence on the cultivation from some factor.
