摘要
以二甘醇二苯醚作为气相色谱的固定液 ,对其色谱性能、分离效率作了初步研究 ,它对醇类、酯类、含氮类、芳香类化合物、氯代烃及高沸点有机混合物 ,其分离度大于 1.5 ,分离效率达99.7% ,分离效果好 。
The use of diethylene glycol diphenyl ether as stationary liquid in gas chromatography was studied and as shown by experimental results obtained the above mentioned compound was especially suitable for the separation of alcohols, esters, halogen substituted hydrocarbons, aromatics, nitrogen containing organic compounds and other organic substances with high boiling points. High separation efficiency (99.7%) and high separation factor ( R ≥1.5) were obtained. High column efficiency and wide application were also the special features of this new stationary phase material.
