摘要
用HZSM-5沸石催化剂,在固定床反应器内,对正丁醇与乙酸的酯化反应进行了研究。在正丁醇过量的情况下,对不同催化剂的催化性能和反应条件包括醇/酸摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间及液体空速(LHSV)进行了考察。
The esterification reaction of acetic acid with n-butyl alochol on HZSM-5 zeolite catalysts was studied. The correlation between the surface acidity of HZSM-5 catalysts and activity, was discussed. The effects of reaction temperature, molar ratio of raw materials and LHSV on the conversion of acetic acid were investigated, it was found that for the fixed-bed reactor, at a reaction temperature of 150℃, a molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol/acetic acid being 3:1 and a LHSV of 6h^(-1), the conversion of acetic acid can reach 96.6%.
