摘要
提出了一种 Kalman最优估计原理 ,应用于永磁同步机 ( PMSM)无位置传感器调速系统的方案。采用α-β坐标系 ,对电机非线性方程进行线性化 ,并利用扩展 Kalman滤波原理 ,对永磁电机的转角θ和转速ω进行实时在线最优估计 ,对电机 d - q轴电流进行控制 ,实现电机调速 ,不断修正估计转速ω。
A new sensorless speed control scheme for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) driver is presented. The nonlinear mathematical model of PMSM is established in α-β reference frame and linearized around the best estimator (t). Extended Kalman filter theory is used in real time online estimation of rotor position θ and speed ω . PI control is applied to motor current in d-q reference frame, realizing the speed control of PMSM sensorless system and modifying the control error due to the inaccuracy of motor model or the slow time varying of parameters. The motor module and measurement module of Simulink are utilized to validate and analyse the PMSM sensorless speed control system in Matlab 5.3. Result shows that the scheme can estimate accurately the rotor position and the speed of the motor, and the estimate error resulting from the inaccuracy of motor parameter or slow time varying can be ignored.
