基于滑模观测器的永磁同步电机无传感器技术研究

摘要 永磁同步电动机(PMSM)具有体积小、效率高、可靠性高以及对环境适应性强等诸多优点,在各种高性能驱动系统中得到了广泛应用。永磁同步电动机无传感器控制技术不但能够降低系统成本,而且能够增加系统可靠性,是当前电机控制技术领域的研究热点之一。本文给出了一种基于滑模观测器的永磁同步电动机无传感器方法,通过观测器获取磁极位置和转速信息,并进行了矢量控制的仿真和实验研究,仿真和实验结果验证了无传感器算法的性能。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in high performance drive applications for its advantages, such as compactness, high efficiency, reliability and suitability to environment. Sensorless control of PMSM has been a hot research topic of motor control technology, which has the advantages of low cost and high reliability. The paper presents an analytical and experimental evaluation of sliding mode observer for eliminating position and speed sensor in permanent magnet synchronous machine. The SMO approach is designed, in simulation and in experiments, to provide accurate rotor position estimation under allowable operation range of motor. At the same lime, the adaptive velocity estimate method guarantees precise velocity feedback information used in speed control. The simulation results and experimental results show that the performance of the closed-loop speed control of PMSM is good.
