摘要
在分析无刷直流电机位置估计原理的基础上,提出了一种改进的基于反电动势过零检测的转子位置估计方法;通过检测电机断开相端电压获得反电动势的过零点,进而获取电机位置信息。其特点是无需重构电机中点,检测电路简单,适用于任何PWM占空比,且易于在数字信号处理器中实现。实验结果验证了方法的有效性。
This paper analyzed the principle of position sensorless control for brushless DC motors (BLDCM) , and presented an improved rotor position estimation method for BLDCM which was based on zero-crossing point detection of back-electromotive force (EMF). The principle of this method is to get motor position information by utilizing the zero-crossing point of back EMF which is calculated by sampiing the terminal voltage of floating phase. The presented method has simple measure circuit and no need for reconstruction of neutral voltage; it works well in both high duty ratio an low duty ratio which is easily implemented in DSP. The method is verified by the experimental results.
