摘要
对20钢和20CrMnTi钢试样离子渗碳后期的扩散方法、时间、介质进行了试验。通过金相、显微硬度等测试结果表明,离子渗碳后进行合适的扩散处理,可明显改善渗层的碳浓度分布,过共析和共析层减薄,过渡层增厚。最佳渗/扩时间比为2/1,并可以通过改变扩散期所加石油液化气的量,取得可控渗碳的效果。
The paper deals with the test on the diffused method, duration and medium in the later period of ioncarburizing for the 20 and 20CrMnTi steel samples. By means of metallography and microhardness examination,the results showed that with proper diffusing process in tbe later period of ion carburizing,the carbon conentration in the case could be improved markedly and the hypereutectoid and eutectoid layers could be thinned as well as the transition layer thickened. The optimum ratio of permeation/diffusion time is about 2/1 and in diffusing stage by changing the quantity of petroleum liquidated gas,the controlled ioncarburizing could be reached.
