摘要
本文探讨了离子渗碳活性碳原子的形成机理及向工件输送的过程,在此基础上导出了供碳速度与电流密度、温度、气体成分和流量等工艺参数间的定量计算关系式。用称重法研究了在试样表面未达到饱和含碳量时,各种工艺参数对试样渗碳后增重的影响规律,很好地验证了上述关系式。该式为合理选择工艺参数和建立渗碳完整的数学模型提供了依据。
Based on the investigation in the formation and the transference of the
active carbon atoms to the sample surface,the quantitative expression of
carbon supply rate with current density,carduizing temperature,composition
and volume flow rate of the CH_4-H_2 mixture in the plasma earburizig is
derived,Under the circumstance that the surface carbon concentration is below
the saturation solubility,the effect of the processing parameters on the weight
increment of the sample after carburizing is studied and the quantitative exp
ression isverified.
