摘要
观测３０例拇指在三个断面主要结构，结果：①拇指桡侧固有动脉在三个断面上４、５区的出现率，男性为１００％、１００％和９８％，女性为９３．４％、９３．３％和１００％。外径均值１ｍｍ±。拇指尺侧固有动脉在三个断而上８、９区的出现率男性为８５．７％、９２．８％和１００％，女性为９３．４％、９３．３％和１００％。外径均值为０．９～１．５ｍｍ。②拇指桡侧固有神经在各断面５区内的出现率多在７０％以上。尺侧固有神经在各断面７、８区内的出现率均大于９２％，外径均值为１．４～２．０ｍｍ。③拇指三个断面上的１、２、１１、１２和其它某些区，静脉的出现率都在７０％以上，外径均值０．８ｍｍ±。
The main structures were observed and measured on three segments of 30 adult thumbs under microscope with micrometer.The appearing rate of radial proper artery in 4th and 5th regions in three segments was 100%,100% and 98% res pectively in male and 93. 4% , 93. 3% and 100% in female and the average of outer diameter of them was about 1 mm. The appearing rate of ulnar proper artery in 8th and 9th regions of three segments was 85. 7% . 92. 8% and 100% respectively in male and 93. 4%,93. 3% and 100% in female and the average of outer diameter of them varied from 0. 9 to 1.5mm. The appearing rate of the radial proper nerve in 5th region of each segment was beyond 70% and that of the ulnar proper nerve in 7th and 8th regions were all beyond 92. 0% and the average of outer diameter varied from 1. 4mm to 2. 0mm. The apearimg rate of vein was beyond 70% in 11th, 12th, 11th, 12th and some other regions of three segments of thumb and the everage of their outer diameter was about 0. 8mm. The tendon of flexor pollicis longuses,their blood supply and the specificities of structure of distal segment of thumb were also studied.
