大鼠坐骨神经再生纤维的形态学变化微机图像处理系统的数字图像分析 被引量:8

摘要 本文用图像处理技术对横断的大鼠坐骨神经端对端外膜缝合后,再生初期的有髓纤维进行了形态定量学研究。发现在再生一个月内,有髓纤维面积与统计视场面积的比(百分含量或面积密度),髓鞘面积、轴突面积是反映再生的比较敏感的指标。衡量神经横切面有髓纤维圆的程度的参数之间相差没有统计学显著性意义,表明圆的程度没有大的变化可能是正常再生有髓纤维的一个形态学定量特征。 The SD male rat′s sciatic nerves were cut, and conventional epineurial repair was carried out under the operating microscope. Morphometric changes of regenerating fibres were studied in earlier stage of nerve regeneration by digital image analysis using image processing system. We found that within the first month the area of myelin sheath, the area of axon, quotient area of myelinated fibre/area of view field were parameters for indicating nerve regenerating and the last one may be a better quantitative parameter for assessment of nerver regeneration.We also found that there were no statistically significant 'differences in parameters of roundness, ratio of major to minor axis of equivalent ellipse or the ratio of circumscribed box area to fibric area.This might be a morphometric characteristic of normally regenerating fibres.
