摘要
高校具有机械性特点的传统行政型教学管理 ,已经不适应时代进步和教育发展的要求 ,适应性思维范式将成为新时期高校教学管理的指导思维。教学管理适应性思维范式是一种强调适当分权、对外部环境和内部要素的变动采取灵活应变态度的一种思维方式。它对我国高校当前和今后的教学管理改革有着许多重要的启示。
The universities are provided with mechanical traditional administrative type of teaching management,which haven't kept pace with the progess of the times and the requirement of the education development.The adaptive thought model will be a directive thought to the universities' teaching management in a new period. The adaptive thought model of teaching management is an emphasis on an appropriate division of authority and a flexible attitude to the change of the exterior environment and the interior elements.This thought model is an important enlightment to the reform of our universities' teaching management at present time and in the future.
