摘要
大学生参与教学管理 ,有利于优化教学环境 ,促进学生学习主体性的发挥。学生参与教学管理的内容主要包括知情、选择、反馈、研讨、评价、决策六个环节 ,其中以选择、研讨、评价为基本环节 ,由此可以构建学生参与教学管理的一种模式 ,即“ECE模式”。“ECE模式”是高校教学管理者为实现教学管理目标而建立的以学生参与为重要手段进行管理活动的一个样式。该模式以主体教学管理观为指导 ,以教、学、管三方权力制衡为动力 ,采取分层参与、梯级递进的办法进行管理 。
Through leading students to participate in instruction management actively,we can optimize the instruction environment beneficially to promote the subjectivity in their studies The students participation in instruction management includes six phases:understanding,election,feedback,consulation,evaluation,and policy-making,with basic election,consultation,and evaluation The basic phases constitute a pattern of students participation in instruction management,which is called the pattern ECE The Pattern ECE,with students participation as an important approach to management,is a pattern built by university instruction managers to achieve instruction management goals With idea of subjectivity instruction management as guiding theology,restriction and balance among teachers and students and managers as motive power,driving and security mechanisms as operation mechanisms,students participate in instruction management in classes
