摘要
目的 研究山香圆总黄酮 (TFS)的抗炎作用。方法 采用二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足爪肿胀、棉球诱导的大鼠肉芽肿和福氏完全佐剂诱导的大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型。结果 TFS对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足爪肿胀、棉球诱导的大鼠肉芽肿和福氏完全佐剂诱导的大鼠佐剂性关节炎具有抑制作用。结论 TFS具有较强的抗炎作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory action of total flavonoids of saciente(TFS). Methods Animal inflammatory models were established by injection of dimethylbenzene for mice ear swelling, carrageenin for rat palm swell, cotton pellet wool for rat granuloma, and Freunds complete adjuvant for rat adjuvant arthritis (AA) respectively. Results TFS significantly inhibited mice ear swelling and rat palm swelling and rat cotton pellet granuloma. It also inhibited primary and secondary inflammatory reaction(secondary swelling, multiple arthritis) of AA rats. Conclusion TFS has a remarkable anti-inflammation action.
