摘要
目的:研究舒筋汤对预防兔肌腱修复术后粘连的作用。方法:以家兔跟腱制作损伤模型,用舒筋汤制剂给予治疗,并设立空白对照组,于术后10天、20天、30天切取标本,对其进行组织学观察和检测,并作统计学分析和检验,比较实验组与对照组的差异,评价舒筋汤对跟腱粘连的影响。结果:实验组与对照组比较,肌腱的大体观察、光镜观察、成纤维细胞计数比较、电镜观察以及肌腱粘连范围检测均好于对照组,两者差异显著,P<0.01。结论:舒筋汤具有预防兔肌腱粘连的作用。
Subject：To study the effect of treatment and prevention of rabbit Achilles＇s tendon adhesion with Shujintang. Methods： 18 white New Zealand Rabbits were used and underwent Achilles＇s tendon transection and repair, and then divided into Shuiintang treatment group and the control group. At 10,20,30 days postoperation, tendon adhesions were examined histologically. Results： There were tendon adhesions occured and there were more significant improvements in Shujintang treatment group than in the control group, Conclusion： Treatment of rabbit Acbilles＇s tendon adhesions with Shujintang is effective
