摘要
对spinosad产生菌Saccharopoly,Spora,Spinosad508,采用离子束辐照和亚硝基胍(NTG)诱变相交替的办法,选育得到一突变株,其发酵水平较原始菌株提高了140%。
Ion beam and N - methyl - N' - nitro - N - nitrosoguanidin (NTG) were applied to mutangenisesing the strain producing spinosad-Saccharopoly Spora, Spinosad508, The production of mutant was enhanced to 140% of the original one.
