摘要
采用原生质体紫外诱变、等离子束辐射6、0Co-γ射线等诱变处理,对多杀菌素产生菌出发菌株C121进行诱变,通过菌块-薄层层析法初筛、摇瓶发酵复筛和终筛,最终获得产素水平比出发菌株提高174%的高产菌株Co329。经HPLC测定其发酵效价达1260μg/ml。
Protoplast of Saccharopolyspora spinosa C121 was mutated by UV, then different dosages of plasma radiation and ^60Co-γ irradiation were used to treat the high yielding strains respectively. The mutants were screened by strain block-TLC and shaking flask, eventually a mutant strain Co329 was obtained and its production was up to 1260μg/ml, 174% higher than that of the original strain C121.
