摘要
对多杀菌素产生菌n-23-107的孢子采用逐步诱变的方式,先进行超声波处理,再用紫外线、氮离子注入、60Co-γ射线等进行物理诱变,分别以不同诱变处理的正变菌株作出发菌株,获得了高产菌株C121,其发酵效价达到460μg/mL,是出发菌株效价的171%。
Spinosads is a macrolide lactone antibiotic fermented in aerobiotic environment by Saccharpolyspora spinosa. Firstly, the spores of spinosads producer n-23-108 were treated with ultrasonic waves to increase the permeability of the cell wall. Then the spores were mutated with UV,^60Co-Y irradiation, N^+ transfusion. As a result, mutant strain C121 was obtained, its chemical titer was increased by 171%, reaching 460 g/mL.
