摘要
阐明了国内外第一座水帆水电站的基本技术特征 ,并与常规水电站进行了对比分析。证明它突破了传统水力机械及其水电站的基本技术特征 ,极大地简化了水电站结构、降低了技术要求 ,特别是千瓦造价降低 5 0 %左右。
Comparing with the conventional hydropower stations, the basic characteristics of the first hydraulic power station are described. Due to its breakthrough in the features of conventional hydraulic machinery and hydropower stations, it greatly simplifies the structure of power station, lowers the technical requirements and reduces the cost per kW by about 50%. This new type of hydropower station is practical in application and possesses significant economic benefits as well.
