摘要
本文阐明了国内外第一座水帆水电站的基本技术特征 ,通过成本核算 ,及与现有水电站进行对比分析 ,说明它突破了传统水力机械及其水电站的基本特点 ,极大地简化了水电站结构 ,降低了技术要求 ,特别是千瓦造价降低 5 0 %左右 ,因而从各方面证明了它的实用价值和经济价值。同时 ,通过对水帆水电站的实际效率测试 。
The paper illuminates the essential technical feature of first water sail's hydropower satation, and through cost accounting, and makes contrast analysis to other stations, it breaks through other Waterpower station's essential technical feature, and predigests waterpower station's structure, also reduces technical requirement, especially it reduces kilowatt cost about 50%. The author proves it's practical value and economy value through practical efficiency analysis.
