用函数光滑技术解决电力系统水、火电联合调度中存在的分段目标函数寻优，并证明了解的唯一性．
In this paper,the technology of smoothing function is presented which has solved the problem in the optimization of the separate segment objective function in the power system.It has been proved that there exists only one solution.
